Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, although not super big, were very clean and comfortable, equipped with a spacious bathroom, a large LCD TV, a mini-bar, and complimentary fruit and water. The size was a bit on the small side, but overall, it was a cozy and relaxing space. The service was top-notch with friendly staff ready to assist us. The location was excellent, right in the city center near the port but away from the noisy areas, offering convenience and tranquility. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the traditional Cretan dishes. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The room had a beautiful view of the harbour and sunset, though it was small and a bit noisy at times. The service was extremely good, especially from the reception, making my stay very enjoyable. The location was excellent, right at the harbour with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was fine, with friendly staff, though I would have preferred easier access to coffee. Overall, a great place to stay with minor room size and noise issues.
The hotel offers nice rooms with a breathtaking view of the Venetian Port. They are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. However, there is no tea or coffee option in the room. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, offering special egg preparation and coffee choices. The location is ideal if your room faces the front for a great view, but the back rooms lack a view. Dining options are varied, and the facilities are top-notch.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, though a bit on the small side, was comfortable and spotless with nice amenities like a plate of fruit upon arrival and a cozy bed. The staff's service was fantastic, always friendly, approachable, and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to various eateries and a charming beach for morning swims, yet a bit noisy at night. The dining experience was exceptional, offering tasty traditional dishes and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Overall, a value-for-money choice!
My stay at the hotel was amazing, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that were perfect for a relaxing retreat. The service was incredibly kind and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring the town, and the dining options were diverse and delicious. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, which was a downside.
